High Moon Culinary Herbs
Grown on our quaint hobby farm nestled in a small patch of rural Florida, our collection of dried culinary herbs is a testament to nature's bounty and meticulous cultivation. Each herb is carefully tended to, from seedling to harvest, ensuring optimal flavor and quality.
Our diverse assortment includes the classics like rosemary, oregano, and basil, all bursting with aromatic intensity. Handpicked at peak freshness, these herbs are meticulously dried to preserve their essential oils, vibrant colors, and robust flavors.
Perfect for infusing depth into savory dishes and adding flair to baked goods, our dried culinary herbs are a testament to the farm-to-table ethos, delivering unrivaled taste and freshness straight from our gardens to your kitchen.
Here’s one of my favorite recipes…
Combine all ingredients in a pint mason jar and let sit for at least 6 hours. This gets better over a few days. It can be kept on the counter for 10 days or in the fridge for up to a month.
3 tablespoons of Oregano 3 tablespoons of Parsley 3 tablespoons of Basil 3 tablespoons of Fresh Rosemary, chopped fine 2 cloves of fresh Garlic or 1 tablespoon of dried 1 1/2 cups of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
This is fantastic drizzled on roasted & grilled vegetables, as a sandwich spread, a rub and marinade.
